For veterinary practices

An AI receptionist for your veterinary practice website

Pet owners have questions at all hours: registering, vaccinations, prices, what to do in an emergency. A small chat assistant on your current website answers them and passes enquiries to your team.

What pet owners ask it

Everyday questions your team answers again and again.

  • ✓“Are you taking new patients?”
  • ✓“How much is a puppy vaccination course?”
  • ✓“Do you offer a pet health plan?”
  • ✓“My cat isn't eating, what should I do?”
  • ✓“What are your out-of-hours arrangements?”

Careful by design

It only says what you have approved.

  • ✓Set up not to diagnose or suggest medicines or doses.
  • ✓Possible emergencies are told to phone your emergency line straight away.
  • ✓Only states prices and arrangements you have approved.
  • ✓Says it is an AI assistant if asked; card numbers are removed automatically.

Questions

Can it handle emergencies?

It recognises emergency situations and tells the owner to phone your emergency line or out-of-hours provider immediately. It is set up not to assess the animal.

Can it book appointments?

By default it collects the owner's details and what they need so your team can call back. Direct booking can be added if your system supports it.

Does it work with our website?

Yes. It is one line of code and works on most vet website platforms and builders.
