// Why choose us

The questions practices ask us, answered straight

An AI assistant on your website should take work off your team, not add risk. Here is how ours works, including what it doesn't do.

I'm Mert, and I set up every assistant myself.

You deal with me directly by email at mertkeskin@mksparkinteractive.com. I reply within 2 working days, usually the same or the next day.

Will it get things right?

Will it make things up?

It answers only from information you have approved: your website and anything you add. Before it goes live we put real questions to it and you check the answers. It is told never to guess a price, time or policy.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so, gives your phone number, email or booking page, and offers to take the visitor's details for your team. The question appears in your panel, so you can add the answer once and it uses it from then on.

What if our hours change, or we close for a holiday?

Add a note or a closure in your panel. The assistant uses it straight away and mentions the closure before anyone tries to book.

Is it safe for a clinic?
  • It never diagnoses or gives medical advice, and sends possible emergencies to 999, NHS 111 or your own emergency line.
  • Vets: it never suggests medicines or doses.
  • Aesthetics: it doesn't promote prescription-only medicines, promise results or offer treatment to under-18s, and it points people to a consultation.
  • Letting agents: gas leaks go straight to the National Gas Emergency number, and it never says who can or can't rent.

What it does for you

Can it book appointments?

The standard assistant sends people to your booking page or takes their details for a call back. Plus also takes appointment requests in the chat and sends them to you to confirm. If you use a Google or Outlook calendar, Plus can read which times look free and offer those (it only reads busy and free times, never what the appointments are). It can also note people who would take an earlier time if one comes up. Booking straight into your practice software depends on the system; ask us and we'll check yours.

How do I know it's working?

Every enquiry is emailed to you with a name, contact details and what they wanted. Enquiries that can't wait are marked urgent, and each one comes with a suggested reply you can check and send. You also get a short weekly report: messages answered, enquiries, how many came in out of hours, and the questions it couldn't answer. We check every assistant automatically several times a day and are alerted if one stops answering.

What could it be worth to us?

That depends on your numbers. Our calculator gives a rough estimate from figures you enter yourself. We can't promise results; your weekly report shows what actually happens.

Does it work on phones? Will it slow my website?

Yes, it is built for phones first, and we test it on iPhone and Android screen sizes. It can be used with a keyboard and has labels for screen readers. The script is about 10 KB and loads after your page, so your site doesn't wait for it. We test all nine chat styles with automated accessibility checks (WCAG 2.2 AA) and by keyboard.

Does it speak other languages?

Yes. It replies in the language the visitor writes in.

Cost and commitment

What does it cost?

£290 to set it up, including the first month. Then £39 a month for the standard assistant, or £59 a month for Plus. No message credits and no extra charges per conversation. Cancel any time by email.

Will the price go up?

Our first clients' monthly price is fixed for 12 months. After that, we'll always tell you at least 30 days before any change.

Is there a "remove our logo" fee?

No. The standard assistant shows a small "Powered by" line under the chat. Plus doesn't show it.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Paste your website address on our homepage to see it answer from your own site in under a minute. After that, you can try it free for 14 days on your real website, and the 14 days only start once it's live.

Built with your sector's rules in mind

Every assistant gets extra rules for its sector on top of the general ones. For example:

These rules help you stay in line with advertising and professional guidance. They don't replace your own compliance checks.

Trust

Where is our visitors' data, and is it used to train AI?

We keep very little and delete it on a schedule. The AI service is Google's paid Gemini API, which doesn't use your data to improve Google's products. The full details, and a paragraph for your privacy policy, are on our data and trust page.

You're a small studio. What if you disappear?
  • Removing the assistant is one line of code, and nothing else on your site changes.
  • On request we send you all your data within 5 working days.
  • If we ever close the service, you get at least 30 days' notice and a copy of your data.
Why no phone support?

Everything is handled by email so there is always a written record of what was agreed and changed. You can change most things yourself in your panel at any time.
