Questions owners ask us
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the site. A standard business site with an assistant usually takes weeks, not months. You get a clear timeline before you commit.
Will the AI give my customers wrong answers?
The assistant only answers from information you approve. When it is unsure, or a question needs a person, it takes the customer's details and passes them to you.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. We can add the assistant to your existing site or rebuild the site around it, whichever suits you better.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, your services and prices, and the questions customers usually ask. We handle the rest.
What happens after launch?
We stay available for changes and support. Hosting and assistant upkeep can be added as a small monthly plan.
