This page explains what information MK Spark Interactive collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
MK Spark Interactive is run by Ali Mert Keskin, based in Türkiye. For anything related to your data, write to mertkeskin@mksparkinteractive.com.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the "Message Founder" chat, we store the name, contact details and message you enter so we can reply to you. A copy is also sent to our business inbox.
- AI assistant conversations. If you chat with the on-site AI assistant, your message is sent to our server and processed by Google's Gemini AI to generate a reply. We do not store the conversation text.
- Abuse protection. To stop misuse of the AI assistant we keep a short-lived usage counter linked to a one-way hashed version of your IP address, not the address itself.
- Accounts. If you create an account, we store your name and email address to let you sign in.
- Your browser. The site saves a few settings in your own browser (for example your chosen language and the name you entered in the chat) so you do not have to type them again. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, provide the service you asked for, keep the site secure, and, if you become a client, to run the project with you.
How long we keep it
- Website messages are deleted automatically after 30 days. The email copy stays in our business inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or project.
- AI usage counters are deleted after a few days.
- Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Services we rely on
We use a small number of providers to run this site: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and server functions), Google (Gemini AI for the assistant, and Google Workspace for email) and Cloudflare (domain and DNS). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some of them may process data outside your country.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email mertkeskin@mksparkinteractive.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
