Do I need a new website?
No. It sits on top of your current site as a small chat button in the corner.
What happens when it can't answer?
It says it isn't sure and asks for the visitor's name and phone number or email, then emails the enquiry to you.
Where does the data go?
Conversations are processed by Google's Gemini AI to write replies. Enquiries are stored for 30 days and emailed to you. We act as a data processor for your business; see our privacy policy.
Can it take bookings?
It collects the details and you call back. Direct calendar booking is available as a custom add-on; email us.
How do I cancel?
From the link in your receipt email, any time. The assistant stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
