For physiotherapy clinics
An AI receptionist for your physiotherapy clinic website
People in pain look for help in the evening: prices, insurance, whether they need a referral, how soon they can be seen. A small chat assistant on your current website answers them and passes new-patient enquiries to your team, even while you're treating.
What patients ask it
Everyday questions your team answers again and again.
- ✓“Do I need a GP referral?”
- ✓“How much is a first assessment?”
- ✓“Do you accept Bupa or AXA?”
- ✓“Can you help with lower back pain?”
- ✓“Do you do home visits?”
Careful by design
It only says what you have approved.
- ✓Set up not to diagnose or prescribe exercises for an injury.
- ✓Red-flag symptoms are told to call 999 or NHS 111 straight away.
- ✓Only states prices and insurers you have approved.
- ✓Says it is an AI assistant if asked; card numbers are removed automatically.

Questions
Will it give medical advice?
No. It answers practical questions (prices, insurance, booking, what to expect) and is set up not to assess symptoms. Anything clinical is passed to your team, and red-flag symptoms are directed to 999 or NHS 111.
Can it book appointments?
By default it collects the patient's details and what they need so your team can call back. Direct booking can be linked if you use a system like Cliniko or TM3.
Does it work with our website?
Yes. It is one line of code and works on most website platforms and builders, including WordPress, Wix and Squarespace.
